Urban ropeway near Paris opens.

On 13 December, the urban ropeway Câble C1 welcomed its first passengers. The approximately 4.5-kilometre ropeway line extends Metro Line 8, improving the connection of the southern suburbs of Paris to the Île-de France transport network. The region thus gains a sustainable transport solution that meets all criteria of urban mobility and the requirements of the local transport authority Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM).

The ambitious project aims to boost Oman‘s tourism sector and revitalize the region. For the Swiss manufacturer, this is the first installation carried out in collaboration with the operator Sabeen Investment.
