It was admittedly a bit of an outlandish idea, but we wanted to find out how this could affect our city. It&#8217;s almost like a thought experiment.&#8221; So far, the only way to reach the university from the North Shore district is via several buses. These then have to travel over the frequently congested Overlanders Bridge on top of that.
